the sales in stores now are crazy! crazily awesome! went out with andrea to get huiping's birthday present. we bought her gift in 20 minutes and spent the rest of the morning shopping. i'm now prancing around in my buys. got a high waisted pants, work skirt and a pair of shoes..not regreting any of them yet..happy sigh!
met the cow for a drink in the late afternoon. he's still the same chatty guy. back in singapore for good. but i'm glad for him. knowing what oneself wants and being chipper is most important.
my mum's in the isolation ward at changi now..my goodness. she had a fever yesterday, and now she's suspected to be down with pneumonia. poor thing! my dad's back from vietnam but we can't visit her right now until she gets transferred to another ward. i hope she gets well soon! gonna head down to changi anyways to get the nurse to pass some stuff to her. she must be mighty bored without any visitors.
