have been defaulting on my glucosamine regimen these days. in addition, i kinda outdid myself and ran four times in five days last week. to be fair, i made sure i took it slow by doing shorter distances or not pushing myself too much. and now the knee pains are back.
and these days have been so rainy. people around me have been gleeful coz they love the break from the heat. i on the other hand abhor the rain. the only times i welcome the rain is just before i fall asleep and if i can lie in for the day. it makes me gloomy and weary. i must be some grizzly black bear. whenever the cold season come around, all i wanna do is go into hibernation. i move slower, function slower. the only thing i do more is eat. the cold makes me hungry all the time.
so i guess i'm gonna stop running for the time being and rest my knees. will only run the next time the skies are clear for the entire day!
