spent the day today at outpatient hunting down patients to explain the workflow behind the pharmacy as part of an initiative to allow them to understand why they have to wait. had the two poly students as my companions and boy did i get imbued by their youthfulness.
i know i'm not an old granny either. but being among these young ones make me feel old. so woe to mellowing...
couldn't keep my eyes open at the meeting today so i had coffee from the canteen and it was so strong it came up in my pee a couple of hours later. have a feeling i need more caffeine later tomorrow. speaking of which, dearest bee brought back a can of coke for me. awful sweet of her.
and anyone who's heading to phillipines should google 'goldilocks polvoron' because they are awesome shortbread-like snacks that turn up in the pantry and brighten up everyone's day especially mine!

pictures from a fortnight back of gals night out once again. we had ichiban-boshi at the esplanade. and the presence of sam leong as a customer should be enough testimony of the food.
we took a short walk down to clark quay after and had supper at tcc. we ordered the warm chocolate cake which we waited 20 minutes for after ordering. but once it arrived, it promptly got wiped out in 30 seconds because the warm chocolate in the middle was so oozey it got everywhere the moment we cut into the cake. my chocolate craving from having missed max brenner's was sooo not sated. but still it was fun snuggling into the beanbags and just chatting bout nought.
crazy day coming up later. need me some caffeine to tide through the day.
