two more papers to go but i really do not feel like studying anymore!

my brain cannot stand all the stuffing of knowledge in that would be bound to come out right after the exams. sigh! this set of exams have been the absolute worst for me..sitting for papers even though i have not even finished studying for it. quite thankful actually that the dept split us up into two venues. then i wouldn't have the after-discussion of what i wrote in the exams because it is all crap actually.

and reading the blogs of my classmates are even worst! they're all lamenting about how badly they did in their papers and someone wrote that having a C is akin to failing in pharmacy. omg..i had my fair collections of Cs already...have been starting to question myself whether i would have been better off in accountancy where my mum wanted me to go. i myself could see myself working in an office than a hospital or being your friendly neighbouthood pharmacist at guardian.

BOO! and i have two papers on wednesday and i haven't started..kept dozing off whenever i see any term not distinctly english. and the whole lsm syllabus are made up of words that i wouldn't call english. flavin mononucleotide anyone?

and poor bitbit has been eating alot less and defecating even lesser. it's starting to worry me and i've set her up for an appointment with dr chan at the namly animal clinic all the way at bukit timah on monday eating into my precious studying time or what's left of it.

i guess the best of what came up of all these distress and dismay would be the weight loss. come to think of it the weight loss could have came with the bout of serious diarrhoea i had.

i really hate living in results-orientated singapore. damn all the competitiveness!


i self-declare today as no school work day.. i refuse to go near anything that remotely resembles or is related to sch work.

went to sleep at 5am today after mugging for pharmaco. had to wake up at 6.20am. thankfully i had my father to fetch me to sch and my trusty mug of coffee. i'm becoming quite dependent on coffee to stay awake these days. which is not a good thing since coffee stains your teeth so says the guy...

to my dismay when i was heading home, train service was disrupted from aljunied to eunos. the problem was resolved by the time the train i was on reached aljunied. later that night, i learned from my mum that the problem was this man jumping the tracks at paya lebar.

rather silly-ly, i asked her whether the man died. her reply was,
"he was found under the 5th carriage. what do you think?"

i could only reply by sticking my lower lip out......

the moment i reached home i plonked onto my bed and was out for 4 hours. had a very nice dream...dreamt that i was taking this 2-storey high slide and everything was in super slow motion, the wind was blowing through my hair and there was soothing music in the background. huilin said that i'm too stressed ):

i bought this bag from japan only to recently have recurring disturbing thoughts of it not being genuine..but i've found it after all on some japan site! omg..i had such a hard time navigating through all the foreign jap characters on the website.


wore red for cny this year. other than that, it was a pretty much boring cny. oh yeah..rabbit went visiting with us too. it was so traumatised by all my little cousins, it had diarrhoea at the end of the day.


my cousin had a male rabbit as well. and bitbit insisted on lying next to my cuz's rabbit even though they were separated by a fence.


school on the other hand was much fun!! here's me with joy..she's just so much fun!!! *woot*




we had an hour to waste for our microbiology pract so we just went crazy taking lots and lots of photos!

i didn't know the nus cultural centre had such nice lighting effects. but the strobe lights really hurt my eyes. they were so bright i couldn't open my eyes during parts of the concert.

for her 21st, andrea gave us a treat at italian restaurant MENOTTI at raffles city



they have the nicest low fat ice cream. but some of the flavours were unheard of before. do not order the gianduja flavoured ice cream. i swear it taste like some african person. the round doughnutty thing below is called a mini rum-baba pie. it taste horrendous as well. the olive oil ice cream though was damn yummy.


speaking of doughnuts, the guy queue-ed up for the doughnuts i've been telling him i so want to try. i ended queue-ing with him for another 2 hours. in total i think he spent more than 3 hours in the queue. it isn't worth the queue i say. the doughnuts at taka food basement taste so much more yummier.


have been eating well with my family the last two sundays. sundays are my family official eat-out day. the claypot place beside siglap shopping centre has like damn yummy claypot rice. it is also featured in the channel 5 series makan places lost and found. oops and i only managed to snap photos after the food was gobbled up.


had fish head curry at samy's restaurant at katong village just this sunday. it was not bad too..spicy enough but not so much that it was unbearable. and i declare papadum one of my favourite food from now on!

went for the topshop fashion show at ngee ann city with my sis.


we saw sheila sim and she's damn thin. walks really well too.


went for sab's 21st party the next day. the theme was country. and she had a pinata which was a blast. the stick broke before any visible damage was done to the horse. then the horse just wouldn't break apart. eventually the head fell off first. it was so funny..ahaha..abit gory also lar if you think about it. people whacking a horse.


and as usual our class photo never gets taken properly.
