i think runs are bad for me. it gives me an excuse to eat too much before them and sleep too much after. coz that's just what i did.
met the 19 people and had popeyes for dinner and prata (again!) for supper on saturday. was mighty full after popeyes but was thinking heeeck i'm running tomorrow anyways. haha and it's the guys' turns to feel body conscious. alex kept showing us his tummy. or what little there was of it. haha..reminds abit of someone ain't it khor khro dile??
after the run today, met up with car, piled ourselves with tubfuls of swenson's ice cream and jumped into her car for some macgriddles at good ol's macs. somehow, macD brekkie on a sunday morning seemed like the most natural thing to do.
after i got home to clean up and grab a change of clothing, it was like engine shut down all the way. headed out for the family sunday lunch food haunt. fell aslp in the car before my dad even turned out of the car park. woke up to find myself at tiong bahru market. fell aslp again the moment i buckled up when we headed to gramps. fell asleep the whole time at my grandma's. fell aslp again on the car ride home from grandma's. 'agnes' snoring!' whispered bernice in the car. THAT I HEARD. came home and guess what..yea i fell aslp. til' i heard that dinner was ready. managed to stay awake after dinner for a little while. but by 10pm, somehow my feet found its way to bed and i was out like a log again.
too much sleep..too much! i hated how much of the weekend i wasted on sleep. now that work's started, my weekends are waay too precious to spend it on sleep.
and because i've been missing these guys too much, i decided to dig up the drafts from long ago. so here's more of KL.

we stayed til midnight for the snack bites. which was beehoon in chinese takeout boxes.

i just scrambled down loads of cheesecake )): the bakerzin cheesecake promotion was ending so my mum bought the entire cake, split it into half. so one half is in the refrigerator, the other half's in the freezer. and the frozen one tastes awesome! okay here's to a week of detox. before i meet up with car and andrea for the buffet next week. lovely week ahead everyone! it's november!
