today has been a stay-home tuesday for me. had planned to go out but sort of hesitated since i'm down with a cold and most imptly 'cause i'll be working the next few days. 9am to 10pm for the next six days.
have been toying around with my laptop the whole day. watched two episode of the korean show Gung which i got from shijia. and time just flew. just like that the whole afternoon have passed.
anyway! i dug out lots of july photos which i haven't blogged bout since i was so busy in the first half of july. so i guess since july is over. i should cover them and move on to august. drats! it's the new semester again..i hate bidding..i always get cheated by the system 'cause i'm so blardy blur bout everything.
shall start with the bazaar we held earlier this month. it was fun going to sab's house to pack and organise our stuff. especially when we discovered sab's stash of caps. boy does she pack alot of caps into her cupboard. she's here posing with her caps admist all our clothes. yes. the two stacks of thingamajigs she's holding up are all caps! she still had more caps of flourescent colours somewhere around! the floor of the whole room was all but covered by our clothes that sab forbidded me from going to the loo 'cause she would have trouble opening the door. haa.
with huilin at the stall. it was so humid and hot and sunny. so sunny i got a tan. at the end of the day though, all i felt was damn uncomfy and super super sticky.
didn't take much photos that day somehow. overall i think i managed to make a profit of at least $50 so it wasn't that bad! sab's bf, michael, drove me to tj with my huge bag of clothes after that. i guess i was really sticky to the touch since ms chew touched my back and recoiled promptly.
went cycling with carmen when she got back from canada. we pigged out at the hawker centre when it started to rain. carmen's first touch at singaporean sinful food since she came back.

yum! we had carrot cake, sambal chili stingray and indian rojak. i spilt the rojak sauce which earned my 'tsk's from the cleaner. carmen swore she was scolding us but it was in hokkien which she didn't understand. haa!
carmen got scared of this cat. haa..damn funny i tell you. i gave it a little stingray after it jumped on the chair beside me, so that it would go further away. after it gobbled down the stingray, it came back for more. carmen got hysterical and started throwing green chillis from the indian rojak at it. damn hilarious!
after a while, it just decided to ignore the green chillis and settle down beside me.
changed then headed for band while carmen went to her new tuition kid's place.
went out with my sis last sat.
we went to the wheelock area of orchard. this mirror i swear makes you look thinner!
went to zara to look for bernice's retro prom dresses and i found this vintage dress! so nice and dear.
miraculously, i restrained myself and went home with nothing. that's right man. from now on, all money coming into my bank account will only go towards driving.
bernice, on the other hand, got a little something from borders for her darling melbourne boys!
wanted to sleep in on monday but carmen messaged me EARLY in the morning demanding me to wake up to accompany her to queensway shopping centre.
damn! in the end she was one hour late because the blasted NEL train system had to break down on that day.
after she bought her new balance shoes and i bought a football for my father, we went to eat laksa! don't eat the katong laksa at queensway shopping centre not nice one!
then my digicam had to go cranky and i lost all the fun photos! and this carmen is too lazy to send it to me! boo!!!
i couldn't upload the photos to the computer so i snapped them into my phone. it turned out blur. like duh! these photos were taken from the lcd screen of my digicam.

we cycled all the way to one end and decided to explore the safra chalet. they had a very nice water playground there. squeals!
