we got up bright and early to head to paddy's market which is something like a flea market and the bus drivers are all like you've got to go there!! but we got lost again!! and everyone started getting annoyed with everyone...
and my mum just stood in one corner, took pictures of our grumpy faces and sniggered.
but once we reached paddy's market the smiles appeared!
so weird the sign said no pills allowed!
and here's paddy market...abit like bangkok stalls...lots of souvenirs and i ♥ sydney tees..
road sign with felix the cat on it!
bus driver also said there's the best ice cream in sydney near the end of chinatown...
the ice cream was okay only..
but the crepe was awesome!!
then we headed up the bridge right beside the ice cream place to darling harbour...at last..
and coz i had super horrible thigh muscle aches from all the stair-climbing the previous day i couldn't walk properly at all..couldn't even go down the bridge normally..and my family was all the bottom waiting and laughing ))): it was the worst muscle ache ever! and it lasted 3 whole days!!!
here's some scary-looking bark on trees at darling harbour...looks like army camo!
and look! oporto and krispy kreme nxt to each other!
and such a weird name if it were in singapore..heh..
and this was the day i got sunburnt..without even realising it...
yay we walked past the cupcake shop and it was opened!
it was sooo pretty inside. but the queue was pretty long...
and soon it was time to head back...there's sparkling lighted singapore from the plane...
and we're back!
so i guess sydney was much more than i expected..i guess a holiday to anywhere would be fun..loads of food, shopping and new places to discover isn't too bad a deal! and sydney with its huge asian population and friendly ppl made me feel very comfortable!
